Today's the Day

It hardly feels real to be writing this, but today, my first book is officially released into the wild and available for purchase on Amazon.

Over the last year, I have put many, many hours into this project, and I am so excited to share it with you. Writing this book has truly been a life-changing experience for me as I have wrestled with its material.

Personally, I am a recovering Eeyore in pursuit of joy in my own life, and the ideas within this book have been instrumental in how I have begun to view the world differently.
