I'm preaching a passage with a larger variant tomorrow and I know that some people in my congregation will be wondering about it and I am hoping to not have the message all about textual criticism so I wanted to have something a bit more comprehensive written up. I will do a short aside in the middle of the message but it's hard to do it justice in a short time.
This was an excellent and engaging overview of a complex and extremely important discipline.
